“This balancing has to come; foremost thing is to balance yourself. Any extreme behaviour must be balanced. Any extreme attitude towards life must be brought down.“

Homework – Home Meditation
Try this simple meditation at home:
Sit down comfortably – raise Kundalini and give Bandhan at the beginning and end of your meditation.
Put both hands on the laps with palms facing upwards. Take a few deep breaths to bring the attention inside. Now put attention on your hands. If the left hand (left side) feels heavy or warm, put the right hand on Mother Earth and ask Her to cleanse the left side. If the right hand (right side) feels warm, lift the left hand towards the sky, and let the heat leave our subtle system.
Then use the right hand to raise the Kundalini along the spine, put the right hand above the head and see if you could feel the coolness above the head, and a sweet, comforting feeling in the heart.
You can also follow a guided meditation for inner balance below.

Speech from Shri Mataji
We listened to part of the speech during our session. Here you can hear the complete speech. (The speech starts at 36’50”, after music performance.)
“When the Kundalini rises, automatically you develop your own balances, and that balanced life manifests outside. Now this ecological problem can be solved as soon as human beings get transformed and develop their balances. Because we are imbalanced, that’s why the nature has gone into imbalance. Nature is not in an imbalance. Poor thing is trying to maintain somehow balance, despite all our hectic efforts. So our balances has to be established so that balance comes into us, and we start leading a life of complete balance automatically – automatically.”
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
