“The Spirit is like the steady axis of a wheel. If our attention reaches the immovable firm axis at the very centre of the wheel of our existence (which is constantly moving), we become enlightened by the Spirit, the source of inner peace, and reach a state of complete calm and self- knowledge.“
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

Homework – Home Meditation
Try this simple meditation at home:
Sit down comfortably – raise Kundalini and give Bandhan at the beginning and end of your meditation.
Put both hands on the laps with palms facing upwards. Take a few deep breaths to bring the attention inside. Now put the right hand on the heart and direct full attention in the heart, feel the heartbeat. After a while, put the right hand back on the lap, but remain the attention in the heart, where the hand was. Meditate with attention in the heart for a while. Then put the right hand on the top of the head, massage gently clockwise. Put back the hand but remain the attention on the top of the head.
Then use the right hand to raise the Kundalini along the spine, put the right hand above the head and see if you could feel the coolness above the head, and a sweet, comforting feeling in the heart.
