Protocol for setting up a meditation place at home, with Shri Mataji’s photograph:
- Find a nice, tidy place at home where you can sit and meditate daily
- Firstly, download this photograph and print it
- Put the photograph in a wooden frame, the color of the frame should not be black. The frame should also use real glass
- Put a new piece of fabric on the table, the fabric should be made of natural material like cotton
- Put a candle in front of the photograph. If you wish, you can also decorate with some flowers
- When you meditate, lit the candle
- Raise Kundalini and give bandhan in the beginning and end of your meditation.
